Your credit card will only be charged when your order is processed and ready to ship. When you enter your credit card information on the final review page, we will give you an order confirmation number and this will be your receipt, please retain for your records. You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received which at that time your order will be pending in our system until you are notified the order is processing. When orders are received during normal business hours, we do our best to ship the same day if orders are received before 11 a.m. EST or the next business day. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. Most of the products listed on our site are in stock, but from time to time situations beyond our control an item may be out of stock, at that time you will be notified by email and phone informing you of the out of stock item and given the option to place your order on back order, choose a different item or color (if a particular color is not available) or cancel your order.

Yes, you can check the status of your order by logging in to your account, all orders will show pending until your credit card is successfully charged, at that time the order will state processing. Once the order is shipped, the status will show shipped and a tracking number with a link to the carriers site is also provided. Copy the tracking number and click on the carrier link, once the site loads just paste your tracking number, it will provide the details on an estimated delivery date. Keep in mind, during bad weather, whether it's winter time, flooding or hurricanes in some states this can delay shipments even if bad weather does not affect your home area.
